2. Subscription & Payments

Bong Clock is a subscription-based SaaS product. Payments are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Service

Bong Clock provides attendance and HR management tools. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bong Clock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for any breach of these Terms.
